Terms & Conditions
- The Artist will create custom artwork based on the agreed specifications (style, size, delivery time).- Standard time is within 2 days - 20 days (depends on how busy I am) Any delays will be communicated to the Client..- Send me clear references of your character or idea. Tell me the pose, mood, or expression you want. The Client must provide clear details and references if needed.- Payment is made after sending the first sketch and once it has been approved ONLY PayPal for USD and Gamepass for Robux + TAX.- Revisions: Up to 5 revisions are included. Major changes may require an additional fee.- The final artwork will be delivered digitally (PNG via Drive).- Art Property: The Artist retains full copyright of the artwork.- Personal Use: The Client may use the artwork for personal purposes (sharing, printing, displaying) as long as credit is given to the Artist.- Commercial projects will be priced differently!- The Artist will keep all commission details private. I reserve the right to post the artwork to any social media platforms, so if you wish for me not to publicize your commission please let me know in your request!- The Artist is not responsible for indirect damages or losses related to the use of the artwork.- Upon completion of the illustration, the client will be asked to provide an honest review of my work.- Any updates to terms or prices will be notified in advance.
Prices are not permanent and can be negotiated.- No refunds!- By making the commission, the Client confirms that he has read and accepted these terms.
